Torta di pane - Ticino bread cake workshop
The workshop allows participants to prepare with their own hands one of the masterpieces of the Ticino culinary tradition: the bread cake.
After a boat trip it will be possible to stop in a typical grotto to enjoy a delicious aperitif before starting the workshop. At the end, participants will be able to bring their bread cake at home to share it with friends and family.
