The Centro sportivo nazionale della gioventù di Tenero (National Youth Sports Centre Tenero) is the arm of the Swiss Federal Office of Sport (UFSPO) that promotes sport for young people. CST provides excellent facilities for the practice of many sporting disciplines and for running sports camps and hosts many sports events of various kinds.
