Ticino’s first “MICE” wine

We received 94 MICE requests in 2018 and converted them into 94 vine cuttings!

Working in partnership with Vini & Distillati Angelo Delea SA, we planted 94 vine plants in a new vineyard in Quartino, which will produce its first harvest and the first wine dedicated to the MICE segment over the next few years.

We are not alone!

The following Ticino-based partners from the MICE sector have decided to invest in the project too. Thanks to their support, we have planted and tagged 344 plants! We certainly won’t be short of wine!

The wine is real: Blank Angel is born

All 344 vine cuttings have borne fruit. In collaboration with Vini & Distillati Angelo Delea SA, the first wine dedicated to the Ticino MICE segment is now a reality: it is called Blank Angel Merlot Bianco di Bianco IGT Svizzera Italiana and is the official wine of the Ticino Convention Bureau. We use it as our representative wine at events and as a special gift for our stakeholders. A present with a genuine story behind it, born from a collective project and rooted in the Ticino terroir.
