AI Innovation Hackathon – Team building to create business solutions with AI

AI Innovation Hackathon is a corporate team-building experience in which participants work in small groups to transform a real business challenge into a digital solution developed with the support of artificial intelligence.

The activity combines collaboration, creativity, problem solving and hands-on experimentation. After a brief introduction to the tools and working method, participants are divided into teams and given a challenge to address. The topic can be defined together with the company or based on typical situations from everyday work: improving an internal process, simplifying a procedure, creating a tool for employees, organising information, improving customer service or developing a small business application.

With the support of a facilitator, each group analyses the problem, defines a possible solution and uses artificial intelligence tools and AI-assisted development platforms to create an initial working prototype.

No IT or programming skills are required. The aim is not to learn software development, but to experience a new way of working together and to turn the team’s ideas and knowledge into something tangible.

At the end of the hackathon, each group presents its solution to the other participants. The proposals can be evaluated according to criteria such as usefulness, originality, feasibility and potential impact on the company.

The experience can be customised to the organisation, its objectives and the profile of the participants. It can therefore be used as a team-building activity, an incentive event, an innovation day or an opportunity to raise awareness of artificial intelligence.

Participants conclude the experience not only with new knowledge, but also with a result they have developed together: a prototype, an improved process or a new idea that can subsequently be explored further within the company.
