Buddhist meditation

Buddhism is the practice of Buddha's teachings, also called ‘Dharma’ which means ‘protection’. By practising Buddha's teachings, living beings are permanently protected from suffering. If our mind is not at peace, we are not happy even when external conditions are excellent, but if our mind is at peace, we are happy, even when external conditions are not good. This is why the development of these qualities is of the utmost importance for our daily happiness. Gen Kelsang Chö is a Buddhist monk who has been practising for 25 years. The clarity of his teachings, his loving kindness and his pure example are qualities appreciated internationally by his many students.

During the meeting, guided meditations will be conducted to develop clarity, inner peace and compassion. This is to learn the true nature of compassion, its purpose and how to practically cultivate it in daily life.

A tea and herbal tea tasting will be set up to end the experience in tranquillity and relaxation. The Buddhist Master will gladly be available to engage in dialogue with participants and answer questions if necessary.
