Capanna Gorda, located in the upper valley of Blenio on a large terrace above the mountains of Gorda (Aquila).
A unique and inviting little church stands a few dozen metres from the hut, ideal for special events.
The Gorda hut is equipped with a dining room for a maximum of 35 seats and rooms for 32 guests.
The managers Nadia and Alan are ready to welcome you in a family atmosphere and with the delicacies of simple and local cuisine.
The hut can be reached in summer from the carriage road leading to the Gorda alp or on foot from various paths, during the winter we offer a transport service with sledge drawn by snowmobile (Gorda-Express), the hut is still reachable in about 1.5 hours with snowshoes or skis. For the more adventurous we rent toboggans for the return to the valley.
