Crotto dei Tigli

Discover the unique atmosphere of Crotto dei Tigli in Balerna, ideal for exclusive events. Enjoy a cozy setting and traditional Ticinese and Lombard dishes, perfect for any special occasion.

In our menu, you will find dishes from the classic cuisine of Ticino and Lombardy. We offer potato gnocchi, oven-roasted rabbit, braised beef with porcini mushrooms, accompanied by our homemade polenta. In addition to these classic flavors, we offer daily specials that are not on the menu. Our kitchen also provides take-out options.

The Crotto dei Tigli is located in an ancient Ticino rural house beneath the green hill of Sant'Antonio di Balerna. Inside, you'll find a 40-seat hall with typical terracotta flooring and a splendid room with a fireplace that is always lit in winter, accommodating 15 people.

During the summer, you can enjoy our magnificent pergola with American grapevines and a large terrace with our majestic lime trees. We have 40 covered outdoor seating spaces and 60 seats under the lime trees. We also have the possibility of providing music. For the little ones, we have a dedicated space equipped with many games.
