With your own hands, advised by an expert cheesemaker and starting with delicious milk from the St. Gotthard Alpine region, you will make your own cheese. An unusual and fun activity to obtain an exquisite and typically Ticino product, to be enjoyed in company. The Caseificio del Gottardo is waiting for you to turn into a perfect cheese maker!

- Thanks to the special glass structure, guests can observe the dairymen busy making the delicious products
- The highlight is from 08.00 to 11.00 a.m.
- Production of 1 wheel of cheese, which is delivered to your home after about three to four months of ripening (delivery only within Switzerland)
- The activity takes place in an old reconstructed farmstead inside the cheese factory
